Senior Fitness & Training in New Rochelle

Expert coaching, purposeful training, and a supportive community to help you move through life with strength and confidence.

At North End Fitness & Training, we believe getting older shouldn't mean giving up the activities you love or feeling less capable in your everyday life. Our senior fitness programs combine personalized coaching, purposeful strength training, and supportive group classes to help you build and maintain the strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and confidence you need to keep moving well.

Whether you prefer the individualized attention of personal training or the energy and connection of a group setting, our coaches get to know you and adapt your training based on your abilities, goals, and experience. Through 1:1 personal training, group fitness classes, and our Return to Move program, you'll receive the guidance, encouragement, and modifications you need to feel comfortable and confident as you move.

Everyone has a different starting point. Whether you're getting back into a routine, recovering from an injury, or looking to stay strong and independent as you age, we'll adapt your training to you. No pressure to keep up with anyone else, just the right pace and challenge for where you are today, so you can keep up with your grandkids, enjoy the activities you love, and live life to the fullest.

Whether you prefer one-on-one personal training or the energy of a group, you'll be surrounded by people who encourage you, celebrate your progress, and enjoy being active alongside you.

When you walk in the door, we'll start with a conversation about you, to learn about your goals, training history, experience with exercise, injuries or limitations, and what you're hoping to get out of your time with us. This will give your coach a better understanding of where you are today and what you want your training to look like moving forward.

15 MIN - BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS
