Personal training in New Rochelle’s Wykagyl neighborhood
Hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and a customized plan.
Personal training at North End Fitness & Training is built around one person: you.
Our 1:1 personal training is designed to fit your life, your goals, and what you need from your training right now. Whether you're rebuilding strength after an injury, navigating a health condition, preparing for a new chapter of life, training for a sport, or simply ready to feel stronger and more capable, we'll create a plan that fits your needs and goals.
Our trainers work with a wide range of ages, abilities, and health backgrounds, including clients navigating osteoporosis, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, neuromuscular conditions, weight loss, and muscle loss. Together, we'll focus on what matters most to you, whether that's building strength, improving mobility, increasing endurance, or developing flexibility and coordination. Because no two people or training plans are exactly alike.
What makes our personal training different
Thoughtful coaching, not a checklist
Your coach watches every rep, adjusts in real time, and stays focused on the movement in front of them, never running you through a workout on autopilot.
A plan built around you
Your training is shaped by your goals, abilities, health background, schedule, and where you are today.
Progress that goes beyond the scale
We track meaningful progress through regular strength, mobility, and body composition assessments – and just as importantly, by how you feel: your energy, confidence, and ability to move through everyday life.
Coaching that adapts to you, at your best and worst
Your body, energy, and circumstances aren't the same every day. Your training can adapt as life changes, whether you're feeling great, navigating a health challenge, or simply having an off day.
Personal training for every stage of life
Our clients come to us for all kinds of reasons and at every stage of life. We work with beginners and experienced athletes, adults and seniors, people returning from injury, and clients navigating changes in their health or abilities. Wherever you're starting, we'll help you build the strength, endurance, mobility, and confidence to live and move well.
Personal training that fits your schedule
Personal training should fit into your life, not the other way around. Choose the option that works best for your schedule, goals, and training needs.

What to Expect at Your Free Trial
Your free trial is a one-hour introduction to personal training at North End, designed for anyone who's curious about getting started or wondering if personal training is right for them. We'll learn where you're starting, what you're working toward, and how we can best support you. It's also a chance for you to get to know us, experience our approach to training, and see if North End Fitness & Training feels like the right fit for you.
15 MIN - CONSULTATION
When you walk in the door, we'll start with a conversation about you, to learn about your goals, training history, experience with exercise, injuries or limitations, and what you're hoping to get out of your time with us. This will give your coach a better understanding of where you are today and what you want your training to look like moving forward.
15 MIN - BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS
We'll use an InBody machine to establish a snapshot of where you're starting. This can give us useful information to help guide your training and nutrition goals – including body fat percentage, muscle mass, and hydration information – while providing objective data we can use to track changes and progress over time.
30 MIN - WORKOUT & ASSESSMENT
You'll move through a personalized workout designed to help us assess your movement, strength, mobility, and overall abilities. It's also your opportunity to experience what it's like to work with a North End coach, with hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and a workout built around you.
THEN, WE'LL FIND YOUR FIT
After your free trial, we'll recommend the trainer we feel is the best match for your goals, needs, and personality. Our goal isn't just to get you started, it's to connect you with a coach who understands you and can support you throughout your training journey.
