Group fitness for every stage of life
Our group fitness programs are designed for adults and older adults at different stages of their fitness journey, from those just getting started to experienced members looking for a new challenge. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve your endurance, stay active as you age, or simply feel better in your everyday life, we'll help you find the right place to start.
ADULT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Sessions are built around barbell work and progressive loading, with programming designed to build from one class to the next. You’re not just working hard in isolation: each session connects to the one before it, and over time that accumulation is what actually moves the needle. This is a high-intensity class appropriate for all experience levels, and our coaches bring the kind of encouragement that makes you better every time you show up.
WOMEN’S STRENGTH
Women’s Strength is a controlled, focused strength class built around core strength, extremity strength, and power development. The intensity is lower than Adult Strength & Conditioning, with an emphasis on quality of movement and deliberate loading over speed or volume. It’s a women-only environment, and it’s designed to help you build real, lasting strength in a setting where you can focus entirely on the work.
ADULT PERFORMANCE
Whether you are looking to return to sport or your sport is life, Adult Performance offers structured strength and functional training. This class is lower intensity than our Strength & Conditioning class and is specifically designed for adults aged 40 and over. The programming is purposeful and calibrated for longevity, quality of movement, and sustainable progress.
