Wherever you’re starting, there’s a next step.
There's no one-size-fits-all path to fitness. There's just your next step.
At North End Fitness & Training, we don't believe fitness comes with a universal starting line. Your experience, goals, abilities, and stage of life all shape what the right training looks like for you.
Maybe you're brand new to fitness. Maybe you've been training for years. Maybe you're coming back after time away, training for a sport, or simply trying to stay strong and active as you get older.
Wherever you are, we start there. Then we help you build from it.
That's why our programs are designed around who you are, where you are, and what you want your fitness to help you do.
Find Your Path
Your age is part of the picture, but it isn't the whole picture. Experience, goals, and readiness matter too.
KIDS | 7-11 YEARS OLD
Learn to move. Have fun. Get stronger.
Kids build coordination, balance, agility, strength, and confidence through games, challenges, races, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate training.
As they grow, the training grows with them.
PRE-TEENS & TEENS | 11-17 YEARS OLD
Build a strong foundation.
This is where movement skills become training skills. We teach young athletes how to move well, build strength, develop speed and power, and understand how training can support the things they care about.
For athletes with sport-specific goals, that foundation can lead to more focused performance training.
ADULTS | 18-39 YEARS OLD
Get stronger for real life.
Build strength, conditioning, mobility, and confidence with training that meets you where you are.
Whether you're starting from scratch, getting back into a routine, or looking to push your fitness further, the goal is the same: become stronger and more capable for the life you want to live.
OLDER ADULTS | 40-69 YEARS OLD
Stay strong. Keep doing what you love.
Training doesn't have to get easier as you get older. It should get smarter.
Our 40+ training focuses on strength, mobility, balance, conditioning, and staying capable so you can keep doing the things that make life fun: playing sports, traveling, hiking, gardening, keeping up with your family, and everything in between.
SENIORS | 70+ YEARS OLD
Move with confidence. Stay independent.
Return to Move is designed around the things that matter most: strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and confidence in everyday movement.
Getting up from a chair. Carrying groceries. Taking the stairs. Getting down on the floor and back up.
The goal isn't to train for a number. It's to keep doing life on your own terms.
Personal Training
A more personal path.
Personal training isn't an age-based program. It's built around you.
Maybe you're brand new to exercise and need someone to help you figure out where to start. Maybe you're an experienced athlete with a specific goal. Maybe you want more accountability, more individual attention, or a program built around your schedule and needs.
We'll meet you where you are, figure out where you want to go, and build the training to get you there.

Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to warm up on our cardio machines, or to start warm up exercises your coach provides you. At the start of your session, your coach will kick off your 30, 45, or 60 minutes of movement with a progressive program, planned around your goals, limitations, growth, and current abilities. At the end of the session, you may receive a table-based physio-stretch or cool down exercises.
During your session you can feel free to chat about how you can support your training on your off days, or anything you’re concerned or wondering about. Our coaches are here to support and help with your whole journey.
